Wine made from Malvasía-Verdejo varietals, maintaining a light, cold maceration of the destemmed grape with controlled, slow fermentation

Colour y nose

The wine is pale straw yellow with greenish glints; to the nose, it reminds us of exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), apple, peach and white flowers

Palate

On the palate, it is fresh, acid and slightly bitter, although very well balanced

Temperature

Recommended serving temperature: 8-9 °C
